Will I be asked to make payment for services at the time of my visit?

Yes, your deductible or co-payment is required at the time of each office visit.

Statement of services

You will receive an itemized statement after the insurance has paid on the account and a balance is due from the patient. You can also request an itemized statement from the billing office
